Want to set and watch IPTV M3U playlist on your Roku, but the M3U app everyone was using no longer exists!?

This is how you can set up your IPTV M3U playlist using the Roku Media Player App.

  1. Hi I followed your guide but since I have the version without usb port I used the media server of my nas synology, which is correctly seen by the media player but inserting the m3u file in the folder does not appear in the video folder. I also tried other files and they are seen and played without problems. I also verified that the multimedia server is correctly configured, in fact the m3u files are recognized without problems. Would you have any advice? thanks

    1. I’m afraid the easiest way to use an M3U file with the Roku Media Player is to use a USB if you are using a NAS you might need to use another app.
